Terrible ship cold food n horizon n first night told my 11pm food manager that temperatures were not taken as there were not enough staff! Queing unreal, booking anything was impossible rotten shuttle buses no air conditioning and unreal queing! Shuttle dropped passengers 40 mins from centre of Valencia disabled people struggling to get into centre.
No drawers in cabins! Not even a bottle of water in cabin on arrival I was told by the same manager that they are struggling to control queues.
The captain made inappropriate jokes about memory loss on Tuesday night 18th April when there were people with Parkinson’s discease on board! Absolutely disgusting! What a horrible holiday can’t find email for CEO can somebody help me please
