We did not book a maiden voyage but found ourselves as guinea pigs for a cruise that should never have gone ahead.
The whole trip was such a vast disappointment and instead of a super Xmas and New years experience, we endured our worst trip ever.
The horrendous queues day after day ,poor cold meals, witnessing frustrated people being obnoxious, noisy cabins and both Xmas and New years meals in the HorizonCafenext to the kitchen door , lifts he disembarkation farce was just the final insult…Just a FEW of the long list of things i hope never to see again.
