Cabin cramped with beds down could not access fridge table area or balcony without climbing over sofa bed (2 adults,2 children in cabin).
Eventually given alternative cabin which was only slightly better.
Safe malfunctioned on several occasions as did my room card.
Reception Staff made me feel i was being a nuisance when I asked for things to be sorted.
I made a complaint on return on P&O’s website which has to date been ignored.
Without doubt worst cruise I have been on with anyone let alone P&O.Wont be sailing on Britannia again.
