Unfortunately after being loyal P&O cruisers for years, the Azura failed to deliver on this occasion.
Food poor, low quality, barely warm in the buffet, and appeared cheap and like a scrimping canteen.
The cost efficiencies now appeared to have moved into penny pinching, which showed in the food.
Barely managed a breakfast let alone a decent one and ate a few times on shore to compensate, which we’ve only ever done as a preference rather than need before.
Staff morale also looked low.
Unfortunately, far from our previous cruises and will end our run with P&O if our next couple, already booked, are the same.
