Ambience is very tired and our cabin was very old fashioned.
We booked a round Britain D Day cruise, calling at three of the Scottish isles.
On our first night on ship they announced that the French were on strike so the itinerary was changed.
2 of the Scottish isles were cancelled and Aberdeen and Honfleur were added.
Not what we booked for and too late to change as we had sailed.
The first week of the cruise was chaotic as we joined long queues of guests trying to sort out excursions and refunds.
The explanations offered didn’t seem to make sense.
We actually sailed past Mull and Lewis on a sea day, so why couldn’t we visit? Ambassador have lost our trust.
We won’t book with them again
