We had a lovely but eventful cruise, staying in Southampton for 2 days to keep us safe from the storm, missing ports, new port itinerary, norovirus, migrant rescue, helicopter evacuation, pilot strike, you name it, we experienced it! But the staff continued to give service with a smile on their 11 hour a day shifts, 7 days a week for up to 9 months! Not sure any of us would manage that and yet passengers chose to be rude to them! We avoided the negative people, made friends with positive people and had a super time! Thankyou for looking after us and keeping us safe!
