Having cruised on Aurora many times I was delighted that my Sea View cabin was in excellent condition.
It was on D deck that was my favourite deck, warm, quiet and cosy.
We had fixed dining and our waiters were excellent.
The food was good and always hot.
The Horizon left slot to be desired although the staff in there were very helpful.
It was the Christmas Cruise and very cold some of the public rooms were very cold as the air con seemed to always blowing cold air.
The ship stood up well to the bad storm we encountered although some damage occurred.
The entertainment was not very good considering it was Christmas.
I was pleased to see that the syndicate quiz was on each night and was well attended as was the unhosted
whist drives.
The 3 tours we took were all very disappointed and well overpriced.
All the Crew and Staff were excellent , nothing too much trouble.
Thank you, I just wish more attention was paid to hygiene as I returned home wit COVID although I was very careful to sanitise regularly.
