Our cruise around the Mediterranean on Arvia was amazing, the ship is fantastic and the staff are brilliant.
The food was up to its usual fantastic standard, excellent, however, this is our first experience of the booking system and IT DOES NOT WORK, we found people had pre-booked everything before getting on the ship so we couldn’t book anything as everything showed up full then when we wanted to see a show we had to wait outside venues to see if everyone who had booked decided to turn uP&On nearly every occasion people didn’t turn up.
This lead to safety issues as people were entering such places as the theatre in the dark.
