Aurora is our favourite being our first P&O cruise back in 2001.
The cruise we had on Aurora in November /December 2022 was on the whole very good.
There were two things which need improvement.
The first was the food in Medina restaurant.
It was not up to the standard we have come to expect from P&O.
Steaks overcooked when you ask for medium rare.
Some items did not arrive even though they were stated on the menu.
The staff were very apologetic and would get them.
We found ourselves dining in Horizon each night.
the food was far better there and you got what you asked for.
Secondly, the comedian Josh.
what a disappointment.
It appears P&O have lowered standards or cut back on important staff.
Please keep up the high standards.
That is what attracted us to P&O
