Very enjoyable experience overall, great staff, great food, great fun & entertainment.
Only have few slight grumbles (opportunities to shine) 1) In Main Restaurant, waited for 20 mins for drinks refill to arrive a few times 2) Wife not happy with ‘tip envelopes in hour room as we paid up front all gratuities 3) Coffee lounge – Paper cups/plates (Even though drinking in coffee lounge, not taking away 4) No discipline for ‘adherence to hand sanitation application’ to people entering restaurant areas (could have been pointed out by staff to ensure 100% applied) ** My wife, only passenger from 12 of us, came home with Covid
