Great cruise with very few issues.
Super quick embarkation and disembarkation.
Food, very good, staff superb.
Ports visited were great, apart from Corsica being closed on a Sunday, so not too much to see and do.
A few of gripes; smoking being allowed in the casino, that is open plan onto the atrium, so having to breath in smoke from what is nowadays a minority of cruisers.
Issues with the TV in the cabin, when trying to watch anything and music is involved, the music comes booming through over the dialogue, so having to constantly turn the volume down.
Thinking that we had paid for excursions up front in February, only to find that Princess had only taken half of the money and then decided to take all our onboard spend to pay off the balance.
So getting on the ship thinking we had $200 to spend and in fact we owed then $20 before we had even left Southampton.
This equated to a Rome on your own and a Florence on your own being nearly $500 just for the use of the coach, this is a bit extreme by other cruise line standards.
Found the 4 sea days back, quite relaxing and not as bad a we thought it would be.
All in all, yes, we’d do this one again
