Admin and all arrangements via BCC were tremendous – thank you.
Ship was lovely and facilities were excellent.
Boarding process was good.
Excursions were the highlight of the trip and were universally very good.
Ships shows another highlight.
The ship seemed limited in guest offerings – very few classes, no dancing, no evening dances, no lecturers to prepare for next days shore stop.
It has the facilities but …
The disembarkation process in Southampton was a shambles.
No apparent system to get 5000 guests off, some very angry guests, some terrible guest behavior and it did feel like this is how disasters happen.
it was like no one had done this before.
Some people were evidently terrified.
Shocking experience and should be communicated to P&O forcefully.
