This was our third cruise and our second one on Britannia all booked through Bolsover .
All the arrangements went well making everything very easy .
Britannia offers everything you could wish for in a cruise ship , great dining, entertainment, ,accommodation and facilities but best of all the friendly ,welcoming , highly professional staff on board.
All these are major items and in some ways to be expected but it is the small too numerous to mention items that make the difference and the wonderful experience that it is .
