This was without doubt the worst cruise we have ever been on.
It started with a 2 hr wait when we arrived by coach then more waiting for meals in the so-called virtual queue, then to be served cold poor quality food in the main to restaurants.
The ship had far too many passengers for the number of staff available.
The meal we were served on the second black evening was so bad it was beyond belief, spoke with the maitre de and reception be received no feedback.
Having sailed with P&O for quite a few years we will never make that mistake again.
They have let the standard fall a long way.
