The ship and cabin very very clean and cabin steward helpful.
We found the Arvia too large and impersonal to other cruises we have been on.
Some of the staff were unfriendly.
The entertainment was not the best we have experienced.
It was impossible to get a sun bed.
Despite the policy that they remove towels after 30 mins this was not the case.
Never got near any of the pools.
Food was very good but disgusted that you had to pay for any coffee other than basic.
Never got a hot coffee in the restaurants.
The lifts are simply not big enough for the size of the ship.
Bitterley disappointed and won’t use P & 0 again.
