Once on board the room smelled of sourage ask for air freshner never arrived ,doors hanging of on draws the room was not the style we booked supposed to have a bed settee it was left as a bed all week no where to sit all week only on beds y bed was so worn on the edge I fell out of bed.
2nd day evening meal starter had hair mixed with prawns I did complain to the waiter he was very apologetic ,day 3 caught my left index finger in an automatic door the actual rampj leading was 25mm lower than the actual door frame which was hs safety matter,I had to have 3 stitches to the wound on the finger incurring a £ 153 35 bill for medical costs which was not my fault in any way ,456 day spent in bed with flu not their fault .The boat was very tired needs to be refitted sap,staff where absolutely wonderfull .My sister and cousin real enjoyed the drinks
