Eight of us travelled and it was disappointing to say the least.
We were there for 70th birthday and they could not accommodate us for 8 to sit in restaurant which we booked in advance.
We ate in Tuscan restaurant and ordered cake etc but starters we luke warm and main course took one hour to come and was inedible and cold.
Venue was freezing and all this has been written to celebrity.
