We made the most of our time away, but sadly were very disappointed in the service from P&O compared to Fred Olsen and Celebrity X.
All of the windows were filthy from the start of the cruise and throughout.
The restaurant serving staff were not attentive.
When I asked a question in the Horizon buffet I felt like an inconvenience rather than a guest.
Excursion pick ups from Olden port were chaotic and communication between staff and to guests was extremely poor.
Disembarkation appeared to be even more disorganised and chaotic.
I dread to think how an emergency evacuation would have been handled.
