We had a good time but my overall feeling is being disappointed.
The ship was excellent, including our cabin.
The onboard service (cabin, lounge, dining room) also excellent.
The food was fine but we had expected better.
I can only compare with sea/ocean cruise ships and I would rate it as at 3 star.
At least 1 star below Princess, Celebrity, P&O etc.
The cruise was fundamentally curtailed due to water levels.
The cruise title “Budapest to the Black Sea” didn’t get near the Black Sea.
We were then stuck in a quite unpleasant location with some very average filler excursions.
Compensation for all of this didn’t come close to the actual loss.
I did complain but received a very polite and regretful No.
