After 12 years of sailing with RC standards have dropped considerably.
Anthem had so many less staff this year.
Restaurant service terrible, cabins cleaned at around 3pm now, slow bar staff due to shortage.
Feels like a 3/4 star service now yet we paid so much more.
Such a shame as use to be great but will definitely be looking at other cruise lines now.
