We had a bit of a shaky start to our cruise as when we arrived at Birmingham Airport the flight was cancelled due to the severe snow storms in the US.
A RC representative was there to meet our party of 10 and while we had a cuppa in the nearbyCafeshe telephoned around.
RC telephoned us and organised to get us by taxi from Birminham to Heathrow and get ona flight to Atlanta and have a one night stay there instead.
I cannot fault them for their effiencient service.
We eventaually got onboard only 2 hours later than we had originally had been arranged.
Once onboard with very little hassle at the port I was pleasnantly suprised by the inside cabin.
With all the mirrors in there the cabin was quite suitable for the two of us and was spotlessly clean.
The overall cleaniless of the ship was good and the food was good too.
We did a back to back and the only critisicm was that it was repetative the 2nd week but still plenty of choice.
I found it strange that we had to get off and on the ship to continue through to the 2nd week but again that was no real hassle.
I would definatly recommend the beer packages and also would let people know that you don’t have to “do” the tipping enblock but can just tip individual people who did actually do their job for you such as your cabin steward.
I will defiinately do a cruise again.
