Staff all very friendly and helpful.
Disappointed not to have a breakfast area in MDR for Diamond and above.
Now is only for Suite guests and Pinnacle.
Also, no ‘Welcome back’ party only the top tier event.
Think Royal Caribbean cruises are becoming more casual and only 2 formal nights on this 12 night cruise where we have always had 3 previously.
Apart from 1 smart/casual night the rest were casual.
Only went to one evening show, The Jersey Boys who were brilliant! The rest didn’t really appeal to us and some people complained that the entertainment was lacking.
We used Specialty Restaurants for 6 nights.
Nothing wrong with MDR, just that we preferred a more personal service as we were put on a table for 12 and, although our fellow guests were very good company it was difficult to talk across such a big area.
Brilliance is showing her age a little but that is to be expected but we do like this class of ship with the outside WJ area.
Having said all this we did enjoy our cruise with great Ports.
Returned to Capri, inc Ana Capri and fell in love with it all over again.
Zadar in Croatia was a new and interesting port for us.
Already booked on similar cruise on Vision next year.
