We have been on many cruises before but this was our first cruise on what we call a family ship.
Although the Harmony of the Seas was a fantastic shiP&Only 4 months old when at sea it was overcrowded and the swimming pools couldn’t cope with the number of people and were dirty.
Also in the evening it was difficult to get seats in the bars and entertainment areas and some of the entertainment things for the children we were unable to get on as there wasn’t enough time allocated to them and you couldn’t book.
Ice skating being one of them.
There was always a long queue at the guest services desk and could take over an hour to ask about anything.
We enjoyed our cruise and the rooms were fantastic but overall we thought the ship is far to big and cannot cope with that number of people.
It is the first time on any of the cruises that we have been on that we have felt that.
Although I have marked down the cleanliness and service it is mainly for the dirty pool and the service because the entertainment staff on the slides and ice skating etc were very abrupt and some not very nice.
Would I cruise on the Harmony of the seas again probably not.
