Overall the 1st cruise for us was fantastic..
Good points were …..
The ship was immaculate….
The service was impeccable….
The food was excellent.
Cabin superb.
The staff on board were brilliant.
The holiday got off to a difficult start with toilet not working 4 days out of the 1st 6 days at sea….we wanted to move rooms but they said it was not possible.
They offered us a bottle of wine as compensation which was pointless as we were on a drinks package.
After 6 days it seem to be finally resolved.
This really was a proble searching the ship for a toilet 1st thing in the morning.
The windjammer was madness in the morning at breakfast time and difficult to find a seat although the staff didn’their best to find a table if you couldn’t find one.
