Not enough staff , especially on the decks during the day.

Some members of staff not very helpful , when cabin not cleaned one day a complaint was a waste of time, the room was left until the steward attended that evening.

Exorbitant prices for drink on board ship, never been into a restuerant on an evening with the majority of people drinking wine.

Alcohol purchased at port visits taken from you when going back on board and returned to you the evening before the cruise finished to maintain there high price monopoly.

The dining in the restuerant with regards to choice was poor.

The main courses were acceptable whilst the starters and deserts were unimaginative.

The gluten free choices in the restuerant was very poor and whilst they didn’try to provide some further choices when asked they fell well short of what other cruise lines have provided when asked.

The choices of dining in the self service on the upper deck were on the whole very good, the fresh fruit was excellent throughout the cruise.

Again however even thoughthey had a gluten free counter it varied very little through the holiday.

Guest entertainers brought on board were excellent, however the onboard entertainment was not very good throughout the ship., except for the ships band/orchestra and ice dance show.

Cannot understand why towels for upperdeck use not provided in cabins as other cruise lines do.

Why you had to give your cabin numbers when getting them on the upper deck and return them giving your cabin details again was like being in a holiday camp of years ago! If this cruise had been our first and not one of many we have done with other lines then the experience would have probably put us off cruising in the future.
