Paid for drinks package thought 1 package covered both but charged independently over 400 dollars each for the week as we don’t drink a lot it wasn’t worth having, one would have covered.
Then charged for certain glasses drinks were in but not informed when being given drinks found them added on to account 4.66 dollars per glass.
27dollars a day service charge added automatically when spoke to guest services told we had to pay it.

Where the classical entertainers were the musicians had a problem with each other no communication between them or passengers sat listening one rolling her eyes at the other then once they finished playing just walked off awful atmosphere very unproffessional! Senior staff telling waiters off in front of passengers most days in the American Icon restaurant food, only warm on the buffet breakfast.
Poor meals on evenings.

Some entertainment areas closed to passengers as private functions on which when you’ve paid so much for the cruise and the use of them isn’t as advertised, Bought 2 watches 200 dollars nearly once home each one faulty and the winder dropped of when tried to set time both sent back £46 postage.
