The policy seems to be to keep the basic cost low remove all the little luxuries of cruising and charge extortionate prices for drinks and try to sell you as much stuff as they can on board.
Twice I had to sent items of cutlery and glass which not properly cleaned.
Some of the ships staff seemed discontented.
The restuarnet meals whilst were good were the same items each day served up in different recipes.
Not the choices in the buffet I have found on other ships all beit it has been 2 years since last cruise.
