Found the shows on this ship by their own cast of very poor quality, there were only two which were excellent and these were from stars that had been brought in.
With regard to the sightseeing tours although we found these very good, the only problems being in Oman where there were a lot of road works going on, we hadn’t been warned by the excursion staff and we were stuck in a traffic jam for about three hours.
We did complain to the staff and, yes, we did get some of our money back but found their attitude left a lot to be desired; we suggested that on the next trip there it would be helpful for a warning to be given to passengers but they didn’t really want to know.
The cleaners, cabin cleaners, waiters, etc.
were all extremely pleasant and made up for the lack of quality from the excursions and help desk.
Thought that the prices on board were very high and on top of that everything had to havean extra15% added bit of a money making machine.
