We have been with many cruise companies over the years and we found the Serenade of the Seas below average The state rooms were very small and claustrophobic, especially as we had twin beds.
The food and service however was excellent.
The entertainment was poor.
No tea or coffee in the cabin which was a pain.
the Windjammer buffet closed at 8.30 so if you were still hungry, then hard luck.
We cruised on the Allure last year aand we thought it was fantastic.
We certainly would not cruise on the Serenade again.
The price for wifi was a ripoff $19.99 per day for one device.
