We had a great cruise on the Med from the 30th Sept.
In general, magnificent ship and plenty to occupy any age.
A couple of points, we found no quiet lounge on the new ship just to read without music and watch the world go by !! Check your account on the TV each day, we found 6 errors of being charged for items we did not order on wine.
In one case they charged us for 4 glasses of wine and we were never in that restaurant.
We ordered a glass of wine on the 2nd day and for less than half a glass of liquid, we were charged $ 15.36.
I complained at the time as this is outrageous but got nowhere – just pay up.
We did not order any further wine on the cruise.
However, to be very fair the lady who we complained to sent us a complimentary bottle of wine to the cabin which was a lovely gesture and much appreciated.
All the errors were quickly deleted from my account at the Guest Relations desk as I could prove without a doubt that I was not in the stated restaurant – I was in another having a speciality meal.
I would not let this deter me from Royal Caribbean as I have already booked another for 2019 on Rhapsody of the Seas.
