The ship – due for a refit – was ‘tired’ the usually impeccable Silversea service, while still very good, was patchy.
The captain and senior staff more or less invisible (cruise director an exception – he WAS visible) we had many excellent meals – and one or two disappointing ones.
So overall disappointing and not at the level we had previously experienced with Silversea.
