Positives: Cabin excellent good size, facilities, Butler and steward very good.
Food was very good but didnt flow..
Staff generally very friendly and helpful but felt many were new and not well trained.
Some lovely quiet spaces and food.eg Arts and Crafts cafe.
Plenty of deck space and staff.
Negatives: Couldnt see range of included wines though staff always tried to oblige and fetch another wine.
Very limited range of beers.
Tried to be too clever with the mix of food eg Indochine odd mix of indian , thai, chinese but not in depth range.
They tried to do an all day brunch on first sea day, not clear where to go in which part of restaurants, came back for lunch and it closed at 1400 so missed it.
Our opinion was influenced by the fact that husband tripped on the deck on the second day badly bruised ribs, hip, shoulder.
Medical staff were excellent but we didnt get off the ship and didnt really take part in the activities as we would normally do..
On board wheel chair provided and had to get BA assistance to get home which Bolsover organised for us.However we have booked another cruise with Silverseas for Xmas .
