We had not sailed with Viking previously, our other cruises have been with Celebrity and Azamara.
Viking were superb.
The Customer Services , being met at the airport, taken back to the airport after the cruise, Viking representatives in the Airport was excellent.
The ship itself was beautifully planned, the food was excellent.
The lectures about the excursions was very helpful, and we liked the other lectures too.
The staff onboard were helpful, polite and made the holiday! We would cruise with Viking again, infact they will be the first company we look at in the future.
The only slight negative was Chef’s Table- not too sure about that
