First time on a Viking ship after years with P&O – absolutely stunning ship, staff, food and itinerary – their customer service is first class.
Viking offers passengers who wish to travel the opportunity in a very relaxed casual atmosphere on a ship with 950 passengers included Americans, British and Australians and everyone was so friendly.
Viking include so many things in their pricing eg shore excursion for each port of call, room service, speciality restaurants, drinks, entertainment, bottled water on leaving ship, individual voice box for excursions etc.
We purchased a post extension and Viking provided excellent reps to help make the most of our stay – definitely a cruise line that “exceeds” expectation and wouldn’t hesitate to travel with Viking again.
