This was a Rhone river cruise and our third with Viking.
Bolsover’s booking was easy and efficient.
Everything on the ship was top quality with excellent food and staff.
Occasional background music was very quiet and not intrusive.
The guides on the included tours were knowledgeable and the tours were of a good length so that there was also plenty of free time for passengers to look around cities/towns on their own.
The only hitch was with British Airways who changed the flight home and Heathrow where it took over two hours to produce our luggage.
Viking’s ability to cope with the change of flight and all the rearranging of transfers involved was extremely efficient.
