Enhance your Port Visit with Shore Excursions

Shore excursions are the best way to see as much as possible of every amazing port you visit, so we always advice booking early if there’s something you really want to do once you reach a destination. When it comes to booking your shore excursions, there are several options available:

Cruise Personaliser

Shore excursions can be booked prior to departure, using the cruise personaliser on your cruise operator’s website. You’ll need the lead passenger’s name, booking reference and date of birth to log into your booking, where you will find details of all available excursions. Guests who choose to book excursions in advance via the cruise personaliser will be required to pay at the time of booking, with tickets waiting for you in your cabin on arrival.

If you would like to pre-book your shore excursions but are unsure of the process, please feel free to speak to our admin team or visit us at the Cruise Bureau, where someone will be happy to lend a helping hand.

On Board

Excursions may also be booked at the Shore Excursions Desk once you are on board. Most ships have a minimum of two shore excursion specialists aboard, who will let you know what excursions are available and give information on pricing. Once you have booked you chosen excursions, the cost will be added to your on board account and you will be issued with tickets accordingly.
