The world famous Central Park is reimagined on board Oasis of the Seas, flowing through the centre of the ship with over 12,000 live plants and its very own colourful carousel. Below Central Park, and at the heart of the ship, is the Royal Promenade. This magnificent area serves as the entrance to the ship and offers guests an array of shopping and entertainment opportunities. Dynamic Dining comes to the ship later on this year, introducing new culinary concepts and more choice and total flexibility. There will be no set dining times, assigned seating or required formal nights on-board your cruise.
The three complimentary restaurants set to replace the main dining room are:

» Silk – dishes influenced by the myriad flavours of the East
» Grande – serving refined classic cuisine in formal surroundings
Until the introduction of Dynamic Dining, you will still be able to enjoy the cruise lines’ world renowned GOLD Anchor Service, offering an expansive menu of delicious options with a choice of early or late sittings – as well as the flexible My Time Dining Programme – in the Main Dining Room. Traditional Dining consists of two dining times at 6.30pm or 8.30pm, at a table size of your choosing. The My Time Dining Programme encourages ultimate relaxation to dine whenever you wish, with no set seating times and a different table each evening.
For a special culinary experience on Oasis of the Seas, head to Izumi Asian Cuisine and enjoy the pure and invigorating flavours of Japan with sushi rolls, sashimi and Hot Rock (Ishiyaki). Giovanni’s Table is the perfect family-friendly restaurant, specialising in the traditional dishes of Tuscany. Few venues are as elegant as 150 Central Park; oozing sophistication and attentive service, this exquisite dining room offers guests the chance to experience a truly magical 6-8 course meal paired with specially selected wines. Be sure to book a table early so as not to miss out on a fantastic evening.
Oasis of the Seas adopts an elegant casual dress code during the day, putting full focus on relaxation and rejuvenation. The excitement of Formal Evenings will take centre stage usually twice per week, giving guests the chance to dress-to-impress; tuxedos or dark suits are required for men, with evening gowns and cocktail dresses for women.
Once Dynamic Dining goes live later in the year, there will no longer be a set Formal Night aboard Oasis of the Seas. Guests who do prefer a more formal experience may opt to dine at the Grande, where every night is considered a formal night.
