Marella Cruises has announced the launch of its enhanced ‘Suite Service Max’ offering, introducing a range of upgraded benefits for guests staying in top-tier suites across its fleet from summer 2026.
The new programme will be available to guests booked in Royal Suites, Voyager Suites and Executive Suites, delivering a more personalised and premium onboard experience. The rollout follows a successful trial aboard Marella Explorer, with the cruise line now extending the enhanced service across all ships.
Suite Service Max combines in-suite comforts with exclusive privileges and added touches throughout the cruise. Guests can enjoy daily breakfast served in-suite, including both continental and hot options, alongside a weekly Afternoon Tea delivery. A welcome experience includes chilled Nicolas Feuillatte Champagne and handmade truffles, setting the tone from the moment guests arrive.
Additional in-suite enhancements include full-size Elemis toiletries, GHD hairdryers, replenished water carafes and extra Lavazza coffee pods, offering both comfort and convenience throughout the stay.
Beyond the suite, guests will benefit from a range of priority services and exclusive perks. These include dedicated check-in and priority embarkation, reserved breakfast seating in the Main Dining Room, two complimentary laundry bags per week and a 3,000MB internet package per guest, per week. A gold-coloured cruise card and a 9am late check-out on disembarkation day further enhance the experience.
Suite Service Max will be available across Marella Explorer, Marella Explorer 2, Marella Discovery, Marella Discovery 2 and Marella Voyager. In total, more than 40 suites across the fleet fall under the new Top Suites category.
