We enjoyed the cruise but we had some issues quite annoying.
The cruise itinerary stated olden not true we anchored near the sky lift.
The tendering operation was terrible.
Late because they anchored in the wrong place it was chaos.
Our friend on a crutch got pushed by a rude officer not good.
Chaos on the Quay for the shuttle we had to pay for.
Shetland we got up early to get tender tickets as had private tour booked.
Once again chaos half an hour late but tour was fabulous and guide Jackie driver Jez wonderful book RRobinson our top tip for shetland.
Next Iceland Reykjavik didn’t get in said it was on advice of pilot.
Not convinced that was correct hey it happens.
Just a note captain never saw him he had no interaction with passengers very poor.

Aircon in room poured out water but cabin steward who was excellent got it sorted.
Not able to get into any of the headline shows packed we went in good time never happened before.
Wait staff great excellent after dodgey first night.
Bar staff nice but cocktails not great only enjoyed a couple very odd tried different bars service took a long time.
Fellow passengers mixed bag some really scruffy very few bothered on formal nights or dress to impress.
Entertainment good symphonie so good Kathryn Relf terrible we walked out she hurt yours ears so loud awful.
Unicycle comedian creepy he was near to the mark not funny.
Hollies chap brilliant comedian very good.
Iceland so beautiful I booked private tour to waterfall and forest lagoon fabulous so good tours by locals.
Carribean princess needs a overhaul public toilets often blocked not good.
Some staff seemed miserable stressed others so good.

Ongoing saga they charged us the cover charged again.
The after care staff not good tried to blame Bolsover I was so angry I rang direct to princess and organised.
Bolsover are brilliant.
We are Elite with princess but not sure il go again after service is so poor.
Rude dismissive we been cruising with them 24 years terrible way to treat loyal customers.
Bolsover are brilliant would never book a cruise with anyone else.
Norway shetland Iceland wonderful.
Most staff on carribean princess very good cabin very good.
Management princess get your act together maybe loyalty doesn’t count anymore.
