Although the cruise was alright ,unfortunately the weather wasn’t so good high winds ,rain and little in the way of warm sunshine, it was so bad on two occasions the ship couldn’t get into port to dock, although the food was eatable , I have had hotter and better food but there was quite a choice and catered for all tastes , only trouble was in the self service restaurant people were sitting about paying cards and occupy seating at tables when other guests were trying to fi d somewhere to sit and eat their meals ,generally a few selfish guest spoiling it for others , having tried one of the restaurants ,we voted against using them again as the meal was not we expected ,although the soup was good the rest of the meal was a let down.
As for our stateroom it was clean albeit a little small and we could have done with a comfortable chair.
The staff on board were exceptionally pleasant and only too willing to please the guests on board a credit to their profession and a to Princess cruises.
Wouldn’t hesitate to use Princess again but would look more closely at the choice and position of stateroom as this was too far forward and not where we thought we were going to be on the ship ,but we live and learn a d look forward to more cruises, each one has there problems no doubt ,but we did have some fantastic on board entertainers in the theatre and other
