Positive points- beautiful ship with lots of interesting things to do and ports of call to visit.
Being new the ship was in pristine condition in every way.
Cabins were spacious and very comfortable.
The crew were brilliant and always pleasant and helpful.
The range of drinks in the bars were varied and with good quality known labels on offer.
In the main, food was excellent particularly in the Crown Grill.
The surf and turf was truly awesome.
Some very good entertainment throughout the ship.
Would definitely do this cruise or one similar again.
Negative points- some shortages of staff/crew.
Not particularly well organised for going on shore trips and disembarkation was troublesome.
The chefs forgot to put lobster in the lobster Thermidor! Very disappointed with that meal.
Certain drinks ran out part way through the cruise-Peroni beer and vodka/rum to name 3.
And, for us smoking was allowed in parts of the indoor casino which really put us off.
Not gamblers but nice to watch those that are.
