We’ve previously done 13 cruises and this quite easily was the least enjoyable, despite us having been on this ship before.
The ship was cold in all of the public area’s and jackets/shawls were needed by most people, day or evening time, especially the restaurants and theater’s.
The standard of food had deteriorated and breakfast service was slow.
We started using the buffet and I hate Buffet’s!!! some drinks were unavailable, depending on which bar you were using and some they just had not got.
Our cabin had mould growing on the door frame which was also rotten in the outsid’corners.
There is no staircase to the center section so waiting for a lift, even for one floor can take a long time.
Don’t miss your deck or you will need to travel all the way up/down to get back to where you wanted.
The entertainment was very good but there were very few full production shows.
