Great cruise…loved Royal she is a beautiful ship.
Our Balcony cabin was clean, the balcony smaller than we thought but adequate.
The bathroom was bigger than on previous ships we’ve been on.
9 ports and 2 sea days .
Nightmare getting back on tenders at Guernsey but don’t think that was down to Princess.
I think the port can’t cope when 2 ships are in!!! Food was good, the main dining room menu overall was great, only one day we didn’t like the menu but that was a personal choice.
Our favourite is the InternationalCafe Great place for a snack.
Entertainment was good, enjoyed the productions shows, the Beatles tribute band and the discussion with Pete Best.
Cruise director was a fabulous guy, Matt O, full of energy, time for everyone and very enthusiastic…the best cruise director we’ve had on a Princess ship, he made our cruise.
His trivia was hilarious do was the Mr and Mrs game.
He should be on TV!! We also had two children Alfie and Sammi (I think) on our cruise, who danced ballroom in the pizza deck 5 every night.
It was so nice to see their enjoyment in dancing and they were pretty good always had a crowd watching them! I think they were made honorary staff by the end of the cruise! A beautiful ship, great food and entertainment, would sail on her again
