Our first cruise and what a cruise although rather sporting seeing as though we had 10 days at sea out of 15.
It began with Bolsover sorting everything out, tickets, timings, flights, hotels etc which took the thinking out of the how, when where.
The only 2 downsides were that one of our taxis arrived an hour late and it cost me over £25 in extra phone calls trying to sort that out and one of our excursions was cancelled due to a feeble excuse and the Excursion Team on board were only interested in refunding us and not assisting in re-booking a new excursion! Now the good, the ship in general was immaculate and well kept, our cabin was cleaned everyday and with fresh towels.
The food was excellent and plentiful with the waiting staff attending to your every need.
The entertainment was as much or as little as you wanted.
Would I go on another Princess cruise……definitely, would I use Bolsover again…..absolutely.
