Really enjoyed our cruise on Sapphire Princess to the Baltics 31 August – 14 September 2019 Everything was excellent about the ship – food 1st Class Staff 1st Class but, not too happy about the prices onboard especially the 18% extra on all drinks including cappuccino coffee Drinks were very expensive to start with.
Also the price of port shuttles which were 19.95 Dollars each person On one occasion we were in the shuttle coach for just 6 minutes when we were told that the journey would be at least 15 minutes Our booking with Bolsover was really good and Courtney dealt with our booking exceedingly well Unfortunately, we did not have an onboard spend but pleased to have something as I was ex-military We would consider Sapphire Princess again if there was a relaxation in prices
