Embarkation poorly organised, nearly 2 hours from arrival despite we advising time of arrival
Stateroom booked had two bunk beds which restricted room (not aware these were included when booked). Had to relocate to another Stateroom on day 2 which fortunately was available.
Freedom dining rooms all booked out before embarkation
Estrelle restaurant, only dining option available, but menu very repetitive
Theatre guest singer and magician not particularly good
No proper/professional guest speakers like other cruise ships
Excursions highly priced, didn’t do any unlike all our other cruise with other lines
Shuttle bus in Copenhagen too expensive for distance travelled (€20 for 5 minute journey) and no shuttle bus into city centre
Guest services not aware that metro in Copenhagen is wheelchair friendly, we were travelling with 2 wheelchair users
Some shows in theatre good but lead singers not perfect
Products available in on board shops poor, quality and selection
Shop staff very ‘pushy’ to buy things, ended up walking along the other side of the ship to avoid.
Overcharged for drinks in Take 5 bar (double payments for us and one other of our party) which needed trip to guest services to resolve
Celebration nights had no special restaurant menus so not really special
Breakfast delivered piecemeal to table in Estrelle
Medallion messaging needs to have sound or vibrate notification
Smoking and vaping allowed on board inside (mainly in the casino and atrium)
Promenade deck (7) closed throughout the cruise
Restaurant evening staff very friendly and efficient (top marks to Mario and Roly)
Stateroom staff very efficient and friendly (top marks to Galih Dwi)
All on board staff always friendly and helpful
Medallions are very good, particularly checking where shipmates are and being able to message each other
Buffet food selection very good
Port stops were excellent and will be visiting again next year.
