Really enjoyed our cruise despite the weather Firstly the positives The staff were excellent very friendly especially the waiters in the Piazza The food was delicious a very varied menu large portions and very tasty food I thought the drinks package was value for money as without it the drinks were very expensive Overall the destinations were good apart from our stop in Bordeaux which is actually 2 and 1/2 hours away by coach and the port we stopped at had zero facilities just like a large car park The entertainment was varied a couple of good comedians and a lovely singer Shelly Anne The production of Rock Opera was excellent but I did not enjoy the other productions The comedic duo Ole were awful more suitable to a kids party Now for the negative Our cabin 436 was the noisiest cabin I have ever been in We we’re only able to sleep when we were in port in Gibraltar the rest of the time we had to endure a constant knocking sound which sounded like somebody at the door This was obviously an on going problem because there were already wedges of cardboard between the walls and the roof to try and stop the noise We did complain and the communication between guest services and ourselves was not great Overall we did enjoy the cruise and would go on Sky Princess again.
