Princess Cruises no longer represent good value.

We have reached Elite status but the “perks” are disappearing fast.

For example – internet usage is now being charged for.

We arrived at Southampton in the middle of the shambolic embarkation but that’s more to do with the Port Authority.

The Medallion works intermittently and is good for opening the cabin door but for booking dining arrangements it doesn’t work well at all.

We prefer fixed dining and a fixed table but this is no longer an option.

We do not wish to gamble using the device.

The vegetarian menu was extremely poor.

Our friends contracted COVID and were confined to their cabin for 9 nights and their room service was so bad they asked us frequently for food parcels.

There was no library or a place to buy books for them.

We enjoyed the cruise and were lucky with the weather.

We avoided the shore excursions because they were so over-priced.

Fortunately we stayed well.

Overall we are reviewing whether to sail with them around Australia.
