We have just cruised on the relocation cruise from Port Everglades to Southampton on Sky Princess with only 2,060 onboard, it was great we could get a seat/table anywhere anytime nowhere was full.
The weather was about 21 – 23 daily with about 15 minutes of rain in the whole cruise, thoroughly enjoyed it even if we had to miss 2 ports of call because of the bad incoming weather in the Channel.
Negatives …
we had a cabin on the port side so we didn’t get any sun till Madeira & we had seen some of the guest speakers before.
