Not transparent lots of hidden costs food was cold service very poor waited 2 hours in main dining room.
Crown grill was awful food cold and they seem to think that an apology would suffice.
Sum it up food was cold.ship it self was a maze to navigate.
Very disappointed experience not the standard you think they are rip off.
At least with P & O what you see is what you get value for money.
Won’t be going with princess ever again
